Privacy Policy
Effective date: November 3, 2026
The Phoenix Collective respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through our website, how we use it, and how you can contact us about your information.
What we collect
When you use our contact or consultation forms, we collect the name, email address, phone number, and message you choose to provide, along with your selected service. Newsletter and launch-update forms collect your email address. If you complete our investor questionnaire, we also collect the answers you provide about your investment goals, preferences, and experience. Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank details, or other sensitive account information.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your request, schedule consultations, understand your needs, and follow up about the services or opportunities you asked about. We send newsletters or other updates only when you sign up for them. Submitting a request does not automatically subscribe you to our newsletter.
We do not sell personal information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers only as needed to operate this website and handle your request, or when required by law.
Third-party tools
We use third-party tools for scheduling, email delivery, website analytics, and hosting. These include Calendly for scheduling, Lofty for managing inquiries and follow-up, and Lovable Cloud for website hosting and storing submissions. Email providers help deliver confirmations and updates. Analytics tools may collect technical information such as pages visited, device or browser type, and IP address to help us understand website use. Providers process information needed for their role and have their own privacy policies. Links to other sites, including our Skool community, are subject to those sites' policies.
Storage and protection
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you submit and limit access to people and providers who need it. No website or email system can guarantee complete security. We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, provide requested services, or meet legal obligations.
Unsubscribe or request deletion
You can unsubscribe from updates using the unsubscribe link in an email, when available, or by emailing support@thephoenixcollective.group. Use the same address to request access, a correction, or deletion of your personal information. We may need to confirm your identity before completing a request. We will stop optional updates when you unsubscribe, although we may still respond to an outstanding request. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.
Questions and policy updates
If you have questions about this policy, email support@thephoenixcollective.group. If our practices change, we will update this page and its effective date.
